Gulf Oil Spill Editorials in the Sun-Sentinel

A big thanks to the Sun-Sentinel for publishing the “Save the Gulf” special feature in today’s (7/11) edition. Dr. Richard Dodge, Dean of the Nova Southeastern University Oceanographic Center (which oversees the Guy Harvey Research Institute) contributed an editorial calling for research on the effects of the spill, and I wrote on article calling for action to save the fisheries in the oil-tainted gulf.

The “Save the Gulf” special feature also came with a complimentary copy of my “Save Our Gulf” poster.

Thanks again to the Sun-Sentinel for providing a platform for the scientific community to voice our concerns and opinions.

Cheers!
